Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, release it from the clips (you need to squeeze it with your fingers) and remove the radiator grille.
-we take out the five pistons on top and two pistons on the bottom, which secure the bumper to the metal amplifier.
-from the bottom we take out two pistons and unscrew the six screws (twisted and inserted from the bottom up).
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel arches we release the fender liners (front part).
-behind the fender liners, Unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners to the wings.
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper forward (watch the wires and hoses).
-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment (if any).
-(if any) disconnect the headlight washer hoses.
Rear bumper
-tear off the trunk lid.
-take out the six pistons that secure the upper part.
-from the bottom side, unscrew the four screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the lower part.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew three screws on each side that secure the sides of the rear bumper.
-release the bumper from the latches (pull it towards you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (watch the wires).
-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment (if any).
