Nissan NV300 bumper removal.

Nissan NV300 (2016-2023)

Depending on the year of manufacture, the attachment points may differ.

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-under the hood, unscrew the four screws (spun down) that secure the grille.

-we release the hood latch cable.

-release from the latches and remove the grille (pull towards you and up).

-under the grille, unscrew the two screws (spun down) that secure the top of the front bumper.

-from the bottom, unscrew the seven screws (spun up) that secure the bottom.

-turn the wheels, depending on which side we will disassemble.

-in the wheel wells, unscrew two screws on each side that secure the sides of the bumper.

-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners towards you).

-with an assistant, gently pull the bumper forward (look behind the wires).

-disconnect the fog lamp connectors (if any).

Rear bumper

The bumper consists of three parts, the central one is removed first.

-open the trunk lid.

-unscrew the top and bottom, unscrew the screws and remove the central part of the rear bumper.

-unscrew the screws behind the central part and in the opening of the trunk.

-in the wheel arches, unscrew two screws on each side that secure the sides of the side parts.

-we release the latches in the wings (pull the corners towards ourselves) and remove the side parts of the bumper.

-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).
