Front bumper
-open the hood.
-pulls under the hood of the four pistons (inserted upside down) and remove the grille (held by the latches).
-under the radiator grille and pull out the clips that secure the upper part of the bumper.
-unscrew the screws and take out the caps (twisted and inserted from the bottom up) around the perimeter at the bottom.
-wrenched the wheel to the left or right side, depending on which side will dismantle.
-wheel arches, peel the fender liner.
-remove the fender liner to the side and unscrew one screw on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-with the assistant release the latch and gently pulls the bumper itself.
-remove the connectors from the fog lights (if any).
-remove connector from the PDC (if any).
-if you have headlight washers, disconnected the hoses.
Rear bumper
-on the perimeter in the lower part and pull out the caps and Unscrew the screws which fasten the lower part of the bumper.
-unscrew the four nuts and remove the protection (holds the bumper on the latch).
-protected take out the caps.
-wheel arches take out the caps and unscrew the screws that attach the fender liner and mud flaps.
-remove the fender liner to the side and unscrew the screws (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-open the trunk lid and on the corners of the opening and pull out plug.
-under the plugs, unscrew the screws that secure the top.
-with the assistant release the latch in the wings and in the opening of the trunk, gently pulls the bumper itself.
-remove the electrical connectors (if any).
