Front bumper

The bumper is removed along with the metal amplifier.

-open the hood.

-disconnect the fog lamp connectors.

-under the hood we take out the four pistons (inserted from top to bottom) that secure the radiator grille.

-in the front part, release the clamps (you need to turn them ninety degrees with a flat screwdriver) and remove the radiator grille.

-in the opening between the bumper and the radiator, unscrew the four bolts (twisted from top to bottom) that secure the amplifier to the body.

-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper forward.

Rear bumper

-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment (if any).

-in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws that secure the sides of the rear bumper.

-from the bottom side, unscrew the four bolts that secure the metal bumper reinforcement to the body (you will need a socket with a knob).

-with an assistant, pull the bumper back.
