Nissan Pathfinder IV R52 (2012-2020)
Depending on the year of manufacture, the mounting locations may vary slightly.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood we take out the thirteen pins (inserted from top to bottom) that secure the trim and the radiator grille.
-remove the cover.
-release it from the latches and remove the radiator grille.
-under the radiator grille, take out the four pistons (inserted from top to bottom) that secure the upper part of the front bumper.
-from the bottom side, unscrew the screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the lower part.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew three screws on each side that secure the fender liners (front part).
-behind the fender liners, unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners toward you).
-release the latches under the headlights.
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper forward (watch the wires).
-disconnect the connectors of the fog lights (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-remove the trim near the rear lights (they are held on by latches, you need to pry them off).
-under the trims, unscrew two screws on each side and remove the rear lights (held on by latches).
-under the rear lights, take out two pistons and unscrew the two screws in the trunk opening.
-from the bottom, unscrew the four screws and take out the four pistons.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew two screws on each side that secure the fender liners (mud flaps).
-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners toward you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (watch the wires).
-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment (if any).
