Nissan NV200 (2009-2023)
Depending on the year of manufacture, the attachment points may differ.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood take out four pistons (inserted from top to bottom) that secure the grille.
-we release the caps with a square cap, you need to turn 90 degrees with a flat screwdriver and pull the grill towards you.
-we release the lower part from the latches and remove the grille (pull towards you).
-take out two pistons and remove the pads (parts of the bumper) under the headlights (hold on latches, pull towards you).
-for lining, below the headlights, take out two pistons.
-take out the six caps (inserted from top to bottom) that secure the top of the front bumper.
-from the bottom, unscrew the screws (spun up) that secure the bottom.
-turn the wheels, depending on which side we will disassemble.
-in the wheel arches, we release the fender liner (front).
-for the fender liner, unscrew one screw on each side (spun up) that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners towards you).
-with an assistant, gently pull the bumper forward (look behind the wires).
-disconnect the fog lamp connectors (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the opening of the trunk, unscrew the two screws and take out the four pistons that secure the upper part of the rear bumper.
-from the bottom, take out the three pistons and unscrew the two screws (twisted and inserted from the bottom up).
-in the wheel wells, unscrew one screw on each side (spun up) that attach the corners to the wings.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners towards you).
-with an assistant, gently pull the bumper back (look behind the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).
