The attachment points may differ depending on the year of manufacture.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, take out five rivets and remove the trim over the radiator grill.
-under the cover, Unscrew the four screws and take out the five rivets that secure the upper part of the bumper and the radiator grill.
-Unscrew the eight screws (screwed from bottom to top) that secure the lower part.
-wheel the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel arches, take out the caps (tedious to turn 90 degrees) and one screw on each side that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-with the assistant, we pull the bumper forward (look behind the wires).
-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the trunk opening, behind the plugs, unscrew the two screws.
-from the bottom, take out the four pistons (inserted from bottom to top) that secure the bottom of the bumper.
-in the wheel arches, take out the rivets (you need to turn them 90 degrees) that secure the wheel arch liners (rear part).
- one screw on each side that secures the corners of the bumper.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-release the latches under the rear lights.
-with an assistant, we pull the bumper back (look behind the wires).
-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment.
