Toyota Highlander XU70 (2020+)
Depending on the year of manufacture, the attachment points may vary slightly.
Front bumper
-open the hood
-under the hood, remove the trim over the grille.
-unscrew the four screws that secure the upper part of the bumper.
-unscrew the nine screws around the perimeter of the lower part of the bumper (spun up).
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel arches, take out the caps and Unscrew the screws that secure the wing lining, fender liner (front) and side of the bumper.
-we release the lining of the wings from the bumper (hold on the latches, pull towards you).
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look for the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-remove the lining near the rear lights.
-unscrew the screws in the opening of the trunk.
-around the bottom of the bumper take out the caps and Unscrew the screws (twisted and inserted from the bottom up).
-take out the caps and Unscrew the screws in the wheel arches that secure the fender liner, fender liner (rear) and side of the bumper.
-we release the lining of the wings from the bumper (hold on the latches, pull towards you).
-we release the bumper latch in the wings (pull the corners towards you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors.
