How to remove front and rear bumper Toyota Auris (2012-2018)

Depending on the year of manufacture, the attachment points may differ.

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-under the hood take out two pistons and Unscrew the screw that secure the grille.

-pull towards you and remove the grille.

-under the grille take out the three clips that secure the upper part of the bumper.

-at the bottom of the bumper, Unscrew the six screws (spun up).

-turn the wheels to the side.

-in the wheel wells take out two pistons on each side that secure the fender liner (front).

-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).

-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look for the wires).

-disconnect electrical connectors.

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.

-in the opening of the trunk, Unscrew the four screws.

-Unscrew the screws (spun up) around the perimeter of the lower part of the bumper.

-in the wheel arches we take out the caps that secure the fender liner (rear) and the sides of the bumper.

-we release the latches in the corners of the bumper (pull the corners towards you).

-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).

-disconnect electrical connectors.
