Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, Unscrew the screws that secure the grille.
-unscrew the screws and remove the direction indicators, take out the caps behind them.
-at the bottom of the bumper, Unscrew the screws (spun up).
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel arches, we release the fender liner (front).
-unscrew one screw on each side that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-we release the clips in the wings under the direction indicators.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look for the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-remove the lining of the trunk.
-from the trunk, Unscrew the nuts in the wings and the rear panel.
-at the bottom of the bumper take out the caps.
-we release the clips in the wings.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).
