Depending on the year of manufacture, the attachment points may vary slightly.

Front bumper

 

-open the hood.

-under the hood take out five caps (inserted from top to bottom) and remove the trim over the grille.

-under the trim, Unscrew the four screws, take out the two pistons and release the electrical connector.

-at the bottom of the bumper, Unscrew the eight screws (spun up).

-turn the wheels to the side.

-in the wheel arches, we take out one piston each and release two latches each (you need to pry with a flat screwdriver).

-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).

-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look for the wires).

-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).

Rear bumper

 

-open the trunk lid.

-remove the pads near the rear lights (hold on latches).

-unscrew the two screws in the opening of the trunk (under the lining).

-at the bottom of the bumper take out eight (nine) caps (inserted from the bottom up).

-wheel arches take out the caps that secure the fender liner (rear).

-(may not be, depends on body type) unscrew one screw on each side that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.

-we release the latches in the wings and under the rear lights (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).

-we release the latch in the opening of the trunk.

-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).

-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).
