Toyota Land Cruiser J200 (2007-2021)
Depending on the year of manufacture and body type, the attachment points may differ.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-(if any) under the hood we take out the caps and remove the trim over the grille.
-under the trim, Unscrew the four screws that secure the grille.
-behind the grille we take out three pistons (the grille does not need to be removed) that secure the top of the bumper.
-around the bottom of the bumper take out the caps and Unscrew the screws (twisted and inserted from the bottom up).
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel arches, take out the caps and Unscrew the screws that secure the fender liner (front) and the sides of the bumper to the wings.
-we release the grille from the latches in the headlights.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look behind the wires and hoses).
-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).
-disconnect the headlight washer hoses (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk.
-remove the upper bumper cover (holds on latches, removed upwards).
-in the opening of the trunk, Unscrew the five screws and take out the four pistons.
-unscrew the screws and take out the caps around the perimeter of the lower part of the bumper.
-in the wheel arches, Unscrew the screws that secure the fender liner (rear) and bumper corners to the wings.
-we release the latches in the wings and under the rear lights (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).
