Depending on the year of manufacture, the mounting locations may vary slightly.
How to remove the front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, unscrew the eight screws (spun from top to bottom) that secure the upper part of the front bumper.
-from the bottom, unscrew ten screws and take out four pistons (twisted and inserted from bottom to top) that secure the lower part.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew the six screws that secure the fender liners (front part).
-behind the fender liners, unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top), which secure the corners to the wings,
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners toward you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (watch the wires).
-disconnect the connectors from the electrical equipment (if any).
How to remove the rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-from the bottom, unscrew the two screws and take out the four pistons (twisted and inserted from the bottom up) that are on the lower part of the rear bumper.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew the four screws that secure the fender liners (rear part).
-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners toward you).
-release the latches under the rear lights (pull towards yourself).
-release the latches in the trunk opening.
-with an assistant, remove the bumper back (look at the wires).
-disconnect the connectors for the license plate lighting and parking sensors (if equipped).
