How to Remove the Front Bumper:

Open the hood.
-
Remove ten clips and take off the protective cover under the hood.

Unscrew six TORX screws that secure the upper part of the front bumper and the radiator grille.
-
Unscrew four TORX screws and two 10mm bolts fastened from bottom to top.
-
Turn the wheels alternately toward the inner side of the wheel arches.
-
Unscrew two screws on each side that secure the fender liners.
-
Unscrew two 7mm bolts that secure the corners to the fenders.
-
Carefully release the clips in the fenders and pull the corners toward you.
-
Release the clips under the headlights.
-
Remove the bumper by pulling it forward, remembering to disconnect the electrical connectors for the fog lights (if equipped).
-
Reinstallation is done in reverse order.
How to Remove the Rear Bumper:

Lift the tailgate.
-
Remove four caps near the rear lights.
-
Unscrew four screws under the caps and remove the rear lights.
-
Remove four caps in the trunk opening.
-
Unscrew six screws that secure the upper part of the rear bumper.
-
Unscrew four screws that secure the lower part from underneath.
-
Unscrew two screws on each side that secure the fender liners.
-
Unscrew one screw on each side behind the fender liners that secure the corners to the fenders.
-
Release the clips in the fenders by pulling the corners toward you.
-
Release the clips in the trunk opening by pulling toward you.
-
With the help of an assistant, remove the bumper by pulling it backward, being careful with the wiring.

Disconnect the electrical connectors (if present).
-
Reinstallation is done in reverse order.
