Depending on the year of manufacture, the mounting locations may vary slightly.

How to remove the front bumper

-in the wheel arches, unscrew one screw on each side that secures the bumper to the brackets (or unscrew the screws that secure the brackets to the body).

-unscrew the two bolts (twisted from top to bottom) that secure the bumper to the side members (you can get to these bolts from the bottom without removing the radiator grille).

-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward.

How to remove the rear bumper

-if there is one, disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment.

-from the bottom side, unscrew the eight nuts (four on each side) that secure the brackets to the body.

-with an assistant, pull the bumper back.
