How to remove the front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, unscrew the four screws (twisted from top to bottom) that secure the upper part of the front bumper.
-from the bottom, unscrew the screws and take out the pistons (twisted and inserted from the bottom up), which secure the lower part to the protection and fender liners.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew two screws on each side that secure the fender liners (front part).
-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from top to bottom) that secure the corners to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners toward you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (make sure not to break the wires).
-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment.
How to remove the rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-from the bottom, unscrew the four screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the lower part of the rear bumper.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew two screws on each side that secure the fender liners (rear part).
-behind the fender liners, unscrew one screw (twisted from bottom to top) that secures the corners to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners down and towards you).
-release the latches under the rear lights.
-release the latches in the trunk opening.
-with an assistant, remove the bumper backwards (make sure not to break the wires).
-remove the connectors from the license plate lighting and parking sensors.
