Chevrolet Aveo I T200/T250 (2002-2011)
Depending on the year of manufacture and body type, the mounting locations may differ.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, take out the pistons and unscrew the screws that secure the upper part.
-turn out the wheels, depending on which side we will disassemble.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws that secure the fender liners.
-unscrew the screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners to the wings.
-at the bottom, unscrew the screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the sides.
-from the engine side, unscrew two nuts on each side that secure the amplifier to the body. You can remove the bumper without the amplifier. To do this, we take out the pistons that secure the amplifier to the bumper (indicated by blue arrows, to do this you need to remove the headlights and fog lamp covers), but with the amplifier the bumper is easier to remove.
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper forward (make sure not to break the wires).
-remove the connectors from the electrical equipment (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid and unscrew the screws in the opening that secure the top.
-remove the trim in the trunk.
-(T200) unscrew the nuts from the trunk in the rear panel.
-behind the skins, in the wings, unscrew the screws and nuts.
-unscrew the screws that secure the sides (twisted from bottom to top).
-unscrew the screws in the wheel arches that secure the fender liners.
-behind the fender liners, Unscrew the screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners to the wings.
-climb under the car and unscrew two nuts on each side that secure the bumper amplifier to the rear panel. You can remove it without an amplifier; to do this, remove the rear lights and pull out the caps in a circle. Correctly shoot with an amplifier.
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper back (make sure not to break the wires).
-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment (if any).
