How to Remove the Front Bumper:

 

  1. Lift and secure the hood.

  2. Under the hood, remove twelve clips and take off the plastic cover.

  3. Under the cover, unscrew six 7mm bolts that secure the upper part of the front bumper (the radiator grille).

  4. Lie under the vehicle and unscrew eight screws that secure the lower part.

  5. For convenience, turn the steering wheel to the side.

  6. In the wheel arches, unscrew five screws on each side that secure the fender liners.

  7. Move the fender liners aside and, inside the wheel wells, unscrew one 7mm bolt on each side that secures the corners to the fenders.

  8. Pull firmly on the corners to release the clips in the fenders.

  9. Remove the bumper forward, paying attention to the wires.

  10. Disconnect the electrical connectors of the electronic components.

  11. Installation is performed in reverse order.

How to Remove the Rear Bumper:

  1. In the trunk opening, pry off and remove two caps on each side.

  2. Unscrew four 7mm screws under the caps and two additional TORX screws.

  3. Unscrew two screws on the lower side, screwed from bottom to top.

  4. In the wheel arches, unscrew four screws on each side that secure the fender liners.

  5. Release the rear part of the wheel arch extensions. They are held by internal clips: pull them toward you from bottom to top.

  6. Under the wheel arch extensions, unscrew two 7mm screws.

  7. Move the fender liners aside and unscrew two more screws screwed from top to bottom.

  8. Release the clips in the fenders by grabbing the corner and pulling toward you.

  9. Release the clips under the taillights.

  10. With the help of an assistant, remove the bumper backward. Be careful not to damage the wires.

  11. Disconnect the electrical connectors (if present).

  12. Installation is performed in reverse order.
