Depending on the year of manufacture, the mounting locations may vary slightly.
How to remove the front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, unscrew the six screws that secure the upper part of the front bumper (radiator grille).
-from the bottom side, unscrew four screws (two are screwed from bottom to top, two from the engine compartment side).
-turn the wheels left or right depending on which side we will disassemble first.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws and release the fender liners (front part).
-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew three screws on each side (twisted from top to bottom) that secure the corners to the wings.
-unscrew the two screws in the middle grille of the bumper.
-release the corners from the clips in the wings (pull down).
-we release the clamps behind the radiator grille.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (watch the wires).
-remove the connectors from the electrical equipment (if any).
How to remove the rear bumper
- (if there is a tow bar) unscrew the two bolts and remove the tow hook, freeing the electrical outlet.
-disconnect the connectors for parking sensors and license plate lighting.
-from the bottom, unscrew two bolts on each side (you will need a socket head with a strong wrench) that secure the rear bumper brackets to the frame.
-with an assistant we pull the bumper back
