Depending on the year of the attachment points are slightly different.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-take out two clips and remove the air intake.
-take out the seven rivets and remove the panel above the grille.
-under the pickguard, Unscrew the two screws (spun down) that secure the upper part.
-take out nine of the caps and Unscrew four screws that secure the lower part.
-wrenched the wheel to the side.
-wheel arches Unscrew the screws that attach the fender liner.
-for wheel arch liners Unscrew one screw on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-we release the latch in the wings and under the headlights (gently pull the corners to the sides and forward).
-with the assistant remove a bumper (watching not to cut wires).
-snap together the connectors of the equipment (if any).
-if you have headlight washers, disconnected the hoses.
Rear bumper
-open the tailgate.
-in the opening, Unscrew the two screws.
-wheel arches Unscrew six screws on each side (twist the ratchet head).
-take out the two pistons in the lower part (inserted from the bottom up).
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners apart).
-release the clips under the rear lights and opening boot.
-with the assistant gently pulls the bumper back.
-remove plug with sensors and other equipment (if any).
