Depending on the year and model of the attachment points are slightly different.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, Unscrew the seven screws that secure the cover plate and the upper part of the bumper.
-around the bottom part Unscrew nine screws (might be clips).
-wheel arches, peel the fender liner.
-for wheel arch liners Unscrew one screw on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-we release the latch in the wings and under the headlights (gently pull the corners to the sides and forward).
-release the clips on the headlights that secure the upper part.
-with the assistant remove a bumper (watching not to cut wires).
-snap together the connectors of the equipment (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the opening and pull out the three clips.
-in the wheel wells, Unscrew the screws holding the fender liner (can be caps).
-Unscrew one screw on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-take out the caps (inserted from the bottom up) that secure the lower part.
-(if any) in the lower part we release quick-release nut or unstick the double-sided tape
-we release the latch in the wings and under the rear lights (pull the corners apart).
-with the assistant gently pulls the bumper back.
-remove plug with sensors and other equipment (if any).
