How to remove front and rear bumper Honda FR-V

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-take out twelve rivets (inserted from top to bottom) that secure the cover plate over the grille and top of bumper and remove the plate.

-perimeter of the lower part and pull out the caps (inserted from the bottom up).

-wrenched the wheel depending on which way we understand.

-wheel arches, peel the fender liner.

-for wheel arch liners Unscrew one screw on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.

-with an assistant, carefully release the clips in the wings and under the headlights and pulls the bumper forward.

-snap together the connectors of the fog lights.

-if you have headlight washers, disconnected the hoses (may leak the fluid).

Rear bumper

-perimeter of the lower part and pull out the caps (inserted from the bottom up).

-in the wheel wells, Unscrew the screws holding the wheel arches and corners of the bumper.

-open the trunk lid.

-in the corners of the opening, Unscrew the screws.

-we release the latch in the wings and under the rear lights (pull the corners into themselves and back).

-with the assistant gently pulls the bumper back.

-releasable connector Parking assist (if any).
