Depending on the year of manufacture, the attachment points may differ.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood take out eight caps and remove the trim over the grille.
-under the trim take out the piston.
-from the bottom, take out the caps (inserted from the bottom up) that secure the lower part of the bumper.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel wells, Unscrew one screw and take out two pistons that secure the fender liner (front) and wing lining.
-we release the lining of the wings from the latches (pull towards you, you can not completely remove it).
-under the fender trims, Unscrew one screw on each side that secures the sides of the bumper to the wings.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-we release the latches under the headlights (pull towards you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look for the wires).
-disconnect the fog lamp connectors (if any).
Rear bumper
The central part of the bumper can be removed without removing the side parts.
-open the trunk lid.
-in the opening of the trunk, Unscrew the four screws.
-take out the caps and Unscrew the screws (twisted and inserted from the bottom up) that secure the lower part of the bumper (wing lining).
-in the wheel wells, Unscrew two screws on each side that secure the fender liner (rear) and wing lining.
-we release the lining of the wings from the latches (pull towards you, you can not completely remove it).
-under the wing pads, Unscrew one screw and take out one piston on each side.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-we release the latches under the rear lights.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).
