Depending on the year of the attachment points are slightly different.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, take out nine of the caps that secure the upper part.
-Unscrew one screw on each side and remove the turn signal.
-in the opening turn indicators Unscrew one nut on each side that attach the bumper to the wings.
-on the perimeter in the bottom part Unscrew the screws and take out the caps.
-wrenched the wheel and removed the fender liner.
-for wheel arch liners Unscrew one screw on each side holding the bumper corners to the wings.
-with the assistant pulls the bumper forward.
-remove the connectors from the equipment (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the trunk and remove the rear side trim.
-behind the side panels Unscrew one screw and two nuts on each side that attach the bumper to the wings.
-from the trunk, Unscrew the nuts and remove the tail lights.
-take out the caps and Unscrew the screws in the opening of the trunk and under the taillights.
-on the perimeter in the bottom part Unscrew the screws and take out the caps.
-wheel arches, peel the fender liner.
-move the wing flaps to the side and Unscrew one screw on each side holding the corners of the bumper to the wings (if any).
-with the assistant release the bumper clips and gently pulls back.
-remove the electrical connectors (if any).
