The attachment points may differ depending on the year of manufacture and type of model.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, unscrew the screws and take out the rivets that secure the cover and the upper part of the bumper.
-Around the perimeter of the lower part of the bumper, take out six caps.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel arches, Unscrew the screws (caps) that secure the wheel arch liners (front part).
-behind the wheel arch liners, Unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners of the bumper to the fenders.
-release the clips in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-with an assistant, we pull the bumper forward (we look behind the wires).
-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment.
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
- (sedan) unscrew the nuts from the trunk, (5 doors) unscrew the screws in the trunk opening and remove the taillights.
-under the rear lights, unscrew two screws on each side.
-in the wheel arches, take out the rivets that secure the wheel arch liners (rear part).
-unscrew one screw on each side that secure the sides of the bumper to the fenders.
-from the bottom side, Unscrew the screws that secure the bumper reinforcement to the body.
-release the clips in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-with an assistant, we pull the bumper back (look behind the wires).
-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment.
