Depending on the model year and body type of attachment can vary.
Front bumper
-under the hood, Unscrew two screws on each side and remove the headlights.
-take out the eight clips (inserted upside down) which retain the upper part.
-in the opening of the headlight Unscrew one screw and one nut on each side that attach the bumper to the wings.
-on the perimeter at the bottom and at the bottom of the grille, Unscrew the screws and take out the caps.
-wrenched the wheel depending on which side will parse the first.
-wheel arches, peel the fender liner.
-attach the fender liner to the side and Unscrew one screw on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-with the assistant release the latch in the wings, and gently pulls the bumper itself.
-remove the connectors from the fog lights (if any).
-remove connector from the PDC (if any).
-if you have headlight washers, disconnected the hoses.
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the trunk take out the caps, it is released from the latches and remove the rear and side trim.
-behind the side panels, Unscrew the screws and nuts.
-in the opening, Unscrew two screws on each side and remove the tail lights.
-under rear lights and opening boot, Unscrew the six screws.
-on the perimeter in the bottom part Unscrew the screws.
-from under the car Unscrew the two screws on each side that attach the bumper reinforcement to the side members.
-wheel arches, peel the fender liner.
-move the wing flaps to the side and Unscrew one screw on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-assistant free the bumper from the clips in the fenders (pull on yourself), and gently pulls back.
-remove the electrical connectors (if any).
