How to remove front and rear bumper Ford Five Hundred

Depending on the body type of the attachment is different.

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-under the hood, Unscrew the two screws and take out the two clips that secure the grille and the upper bumper section.

-take out the caps at the bottom of the bumper (inserted from the bottom up).

-wrenched the wheel depending on which way we will analyse it first.

-wheel arches Unscrew the screws.

-with the assistant release the latch in the wings, and gently pulls the bumper itself.

-remove the connector from the fog lamp (if any).

-remove connector from the PDC (if any).

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.

-remove tail lights.

-remove the rear trunk lining.

-from the trunk, Unscrew the nuts

-Unscrew the screws in the wheel arches (so as not to remove the wheels easier to turn a ratchet with a nozzle).

-take out the caps (inserted from the bottom up) that secure the lower part.

-with the assistant release the latch in the wings and gently pulls the bumper back.

-snap together the connectors of the equipment (if any).
