How to remove front and rear bumper Ford Edge 1 (2006-2014)

Depending on the year of release of attachment is different.

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-under the hood, Unscrew the screws and take out the caps (twisted and inserted top to bottom) that secure the grille and the upper bumper section.

-on the perimeter in the bottom part Unscrew the screws and take out the caps.

-wrenched the wheel depending on which way we will analyse it first.

-wheel arches Unscrew three screws on each side and removed the fender liner.

-with the assistant release the latch in the wings (pull the corners apart).

-gently pulls the bumper itself.

-remove the connector from the fog lamp.

-remove connector from the PDC (if any).

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.

-in the doorway pulls out ten caps.

-wheel arches Unscrew five screws on each side (to remove the wheels easier to turn a ratchet with a nozzle) that attach the fender liner.

-Unscrew the screws that secures the lower part (spun up).

-with the assistant release the latch in the wings (pull the corners away) and pulls the bumper back.

-snap together the connectors of electrical equipment.
