Mitsubishi Pajero / Montero Sport III (2015-2023)
Depending on the year of manufacture, the attachment points may differ.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-take out ten caps and remove the trim over the grille.
-take out two pistons, release them from the latches (pull towards you) and remove the grille.
-under the grille, unscrew the three screws that secure the upper part of the front bumper.
-from the bottom take out the four pistons.
-turn the wheels, depending on which side we will disassemble.
-in the wheel wells, unscrew three screws on each side that secure the fender liner (front).
-for the fender liner, unscrew one screw on each side (spun up) that attach the corners to the wings.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners towards you).
-with an assistant, gently pull the bumper forward (be careful not to break the wires).
-disconnect the connectors from the electrical equipment (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the opening of the trunk, unscrew one screw, release from the latches and remove the reflective elements.
-for the reflective elements, unscrew the screws that secure the upper part of the rear bumper.
-from the bottom, take out two pistons and unscrew the two screws that secure the bottom.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew three screws on each side that secure the fender liner and side of the bumper.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners towards you).
-with an assistant, gently pull the bumper back (look behind the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors.
