Kia Sportage IV QL (2016-2022)
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, take out the four pistons and unscrew the two screws (twisted and inserted from top to bottom) that secure the upper part of the bumper (pad).
-at the bottom of the bumper, unscrew the six screws (spun up) that secure the protection and fender liner.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-wheel arches take out four pistons on each side that secure the fender liner.
-unscrew one screw on each side that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-we release the clips under the hood (you need to lift the trim).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look for the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors.
Rear bumper
The bumper is removed together with the metal amplifier.
-open the trunk lid.
-near the rear lights, remove the pads (hold on latches, you need to pry with a screwdriver).
-under the overlays, unscrew two screws on each side and remove the rear lights (hold on the latches, pull towards you).
-under the rear lights take out two pistons on each side.
-in the wheel wells, unscrew the three screws that secure the fender liner (rear).
-unscrew one screw on each side that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-from the bottom, unscrew the screws and remove the shields in the sides of the bumper.
-behind the shields, unscrew two bolts on each side that secure the bumper amplifier to the body.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors.
