Kia Picanto / Morning I (SA) (2004-2010)
Depending on the year of manufacture, the attachment points differ slightly.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, unscrew the screws (take out the caps) that secure the upper part of the bumper (radiator grille).
-take out the caps and Unscrew the screws that secure the lower part.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel wells, unscrew three screws on each side and release the fender liner (front).
-unscrew one screw on each side that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look for the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-unscrew two screws on each side and remove the tail lights.
-in the opening of the rear lights, unscrew one screw (piston, depending on the year of manufacture) on each side.
-in the wheel wells, unscrew the screws that secure the fender liner (rear).
-unscrew one screw on each side that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-from the bottom take out the caps.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).
