How to remove the front and rear bumper Kia Pregio

Kia Pregio (1996-2005)

Depending on the year of manufacture, the attachment points differ slightly.

Front bumper

-unscrew the screws that secure the bumper from the bottom.

-unscrew one screw on each side that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.

-from the side of the engine compartment, unscrew the four nuts that secure the bumper amplifier to the body.

-we release the clips in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper forward).

-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look for the wires).

-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.

-in the opening of the trunk, Unscrew the two screws.

-unscrew the screws at the bottom of the bumper.

-from the back of the bumper, unscrew the four bolts that secure the bumper amplifier to the body.

-we release the clips in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper back).

-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).

-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).
