Audi TT 8J (2006-2014)

Depending on the year of manufacture and the type of body, the attachment points may differ slightly.

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-around the edges of the radiator grill, remove the two pads (held by the latches).

-unscrew the four screws that secure the upper part.

-from the bottom side, unscrew the five screws that secure the bottom of the bumper.

-turn the wheels to the side.

-in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws that secure the wheel arch liners (front part).

-takes the wheel arch liners to the side, and unscrew two nuts on each side that secure the sides of the bumper to the fenders.

-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).

-with an assistant, we pull the bumper forward (look behind the wires and hoses).

-we disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment.

- (if any) disconnect the headlight washer hoses (liquid may leak).

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.

-remove the lining in the corners of the trunk opening.

-under the overlays, unscrew the screws that secure the upper part.

-unscrew the two screws from the bottom side (screwed from bottom to top).

-in the wheel arches, unscrew the four screws on each side that secure the wheel arches.

-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).

-release the latches under the rear lights (it will be more convenient if you remove the rear lights).

-with an assistant, we pull the bumper back (look behind the wires).

-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment (if any).
