Mazda BT-50 I (J97M) (2006-2011)

Depending on the year of manufacture and body type, the attachment points differ slightly.

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-under the hood, unscrew the two screws and take out the six caps that secure the upper part of the bumper and grille.

-from the bottom, take out the caps and unscrew the screws (twisted and inserted from the bottom up).

-turn the wheels to the side.

-in the wheel arches, we release the fender liner (front).

-move the fender liner to the side and unscrew one screw on each side (spun up) that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.

-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).

-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look for the wires).

-disconnect electrical connectors.

Rear bumper

-from the bottom, unscrew the four screws that secure the bumper brackets to the body.

-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).

-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).
