Depending on the year of the attachment points are slightly different.
Front bumper
-under the hood, Unscrew the eight screws (spun up).
-the edges of the bumper grille and pull out two plugs and Unscrew the screws under them.
-on the perimeter in the bottom part Unscrew ten screws (spun up).
-wrenched the wheel left or right, depending on which side of the bed will disassemble.
-wheel arches take out the five rivets on each side holding the fender liner.
-attach the fender liner to the side and Unscrew from the wing with one screw and three nuts on each side.
-with the assistant remove a bumper from the guides themselves.
-remove the connector from the fog lamp (if any).
Rear bumper
-in the trunk, Unscrew the screws and remove the rear trim panel.
-the plating Unscrew three nuts on each side and remove the tail lights.
-Unscrew the screws (spun down) that secure the upper part of the bumper.
-remove the license plate with the frame.
-under the license plate, Unscrew the screws.
-Unscrew the screws at the bottom (spun up).
-wheel arches Unscrew the screws that attach the fender liner.
-attach the fender liner to the side and Unscrew one screw on each side (spun upwards) holding the corners to the wings.
-release the clips in the fenders and remove the bumper from the guides themselves.
-remove the connectors from the equipment (subject to availability).
