Citroen C5 I DC/DE (2001-2008)
Despite the external difference, the attachment of bumpers at C5 (2001 to 2004) and C5 (2004 to 2008) are almost identical.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood take out two piston and Unscrew the two screws that secure the grille and the upper bumper section.
-if you have headlamp washers, remove the nozzle and remove the cap.
-around the bottom part Unscrew the screws and release the clips (spun up).
-depending on which side we will disassemble, wrenched the wheel.
-in the wheel wells, Unscrew the screws and take out the clips holding the wheel arch liners (no need to remove).
-move the wing flaps to the side and Unscrew one screw on each side holding the corners of the bumper to the wings (spun up).
-with the assistant pulls the bumper forward from the rails in the wings (don't want to break the wires).
-remove connectors from electrical equipment.
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-(station wagon) in the opening of the trunk, Unscrew the four screws.
-(sedan) remove the tail lights and Unscrew the screws under them.
-Unscrew the screws and retainers that secure the lower part (in the sedan Unscrew the nut).
-in the wheel wells, Unscrew the screws and peel the fender liner (no need to remove).
-for wheel arch liners Unscrew one screw on each side holding the bumper corners to the wings.
-with the assistant pulls the bumper back from the rails in the wings (don't want to break the wires).
-snap together the connectors of electrical equipment.
