How to remove front and rear bumper Citroen DS4

Citroën DS4 (2010-2018)

Depending on the year of manufacture, the attachment points differ slightly.

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-under the hood, unscrew the screws that secure the upper part of the bumper.

-depending on which side we will disassemble, turn the wheels.

-in the wheel wells, unscrew the screws that secure the fender liner (front) and the sides of the bumper.

-on the perimeter of the lower part, Unscrew the screws (spun up).

-we release the latch under the hood.

-we release the bumper from the latches in the wings (pull the corners towards you). Or we unscrew two screws on each side that attach the plastic mounts to the wings.

-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look for the wires).

-disconnect electrical connectors.

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.

-from the bottom, unscrew the screws (spun up) that secure the lower part of the bumper.

-in the wheel wells, unscrew the screws that secure the fender liner (rear) and the sides of the bumper.

-for the fender liner, unscrew two screws on each side that secure the corners of the bumper to the wings.

-we release the clips in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper down).

-we release the latches under the rear lights.

-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).

-disconnect electrical connectors.
