Depending on the brand of the attachment points are slightly different.

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-under the hood, unscrew the screws, release the clips and remove the grille.

-release the latch and take out yourself on the turn.

-unscrew three screws on each side and remove the  headlights.

-under the lights unscrew one screw on each side.

-around the bottom part unscrew the screws (spun up).

-through the openings of the headlight Unscrew two nuts on each side (twisted side of the engine compartment) that secure the bumper reinforcement to the body (in some cases, the amplifier may remain on the body).

-(if there is) unscrew the screws under the license plate.

-wheel arches, peel the fender liner.

-pulls the bumper forward from the rails in the wings (don't want to break the wires).

-remove the connectors from the equipment (if any).

Rear bumper

-Unscrew the screws that attach the lower part.

-in the wheel wells, unscrew the screws and peel the fender liner.

-for wheel arch liners unscrew one screw on each side that attach the sides to the wings.

-open the trunk lid.

-in the opening of the trunk, unscrew the two screws.

-with the assistant gently pulls the bumper back, see not to break the wires.

-snap together the connectors of the equipment (if any).
