Depending on the model year and body type of attachment are different.

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-under the hood under the hood, take out the four clips released from the latches and remove the grille.

-under the grille, Unscrew the three screws, release the clips in the wings (take out yourself) and remove the lower part of the grille.

-Unscrew the screws and remove the headlight (can not be removed, but it will be easier).

-Unscrew the three screws that secure the top.

-around the bottom part Unscrew the screws.

-wrenched the wheel to the side.

-wheel arches take out the rivets and removed the fender liner.

-Unscrew one nut on each side that attach the bumper corners to the wings.

-with the assistant gently pulls the bumper forward (don't want to break the wires).

-remove the electrical connectors (if any).

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.

-in the opening of the trunk  , Unscrew the screws.

-(if any, depending on body type) in the trunk remove the trim panel, and Unscrew the panels over the screws.

-at the bottom, Unscrew the nut (if there is, Unscrew the screws).

-wheel arches Unscrew the nuts (can be screws) that attach the angles to the wings.

-with the assistant remove a bumper back (don't want to break the wires).

-remove the connectors from the equipment (if any).
