Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood under the hood, Unscrew the four screws (spun down).
-around the bottom part Unscrew the screws (spun up).
-wrenched the wheel to the side.
-wheel arches, peel the fender liner.
-for wheel arch liners Unscrew two screws on each side holding the bumper corners to the wings.
-peel the corners of the rails in the wings (pull down and towards you).
-with the assistant gently pulls the bumper forward (don't want to break the wires and hoses).
-remove the electrical connectors (if any).
-if you have headlight washers, disconnected the hoses (may leak fluid).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-remove tail lights.
-under the rear lights, Unscrew the screws.
-at the bottom, Unscrew the screws (spun up).
-wheel arches Unscrew the screws that attach the angles to the wings.
-peel the corners of the rails in the wings (pull the corners down and towards you).
-with the assistant remove a bumper back (don't want to break the wires).
-remove connectors from electrical equipment.
