Front bumper
-wrenched the wheel to the side.
-wheel arches Unscrew one screw on each side holding the bumper corners to the wings.
-open the hood.
-under the hood, Unscrew the three screws and take out one piston, which is attached the upper part.
-around the bottom part Unscrew the screws.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners themselves).
-with the assistant gently pulls the bumper forward (don't want to break the wires).
-remove the electrical connectors (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-remove stops the trunk lid.
-under stops, Unscrew the screws.
-in the bottom part pulls out with two clips.
-wheel arches take out one piston on each side that secure the corners.
-open the fuel tank cap and Unscrew the screw under it.
-we release the latch in the wings (pull the corners themselves).
-with the assistant remove a bumper back (don't want to break the wires).
-remove connectors from electrical equipment.
