BMW 6-Series IV G32 (2017+)
Depending on the year of manufacture, the attachment points may vary slightly.
Front bumper
The front bumper can be removed without the grille. The upper part of the bumper is connected to the grille with latches (you need to pull the bumper forward and they will be released).
-around the bottom side, unscrew the screws and take out the caps that secure the bottom of the bumper.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel wells, unscrew three screws on each side that secure the fender liner (front).
-behind the fender liner, Unscrew two screws on each side (spun up) that secure the corners of the bumper to the wings (you will need a knob with an extension).
-behind the fender liner, disconnect the electrical connectors.
-we release the clips in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper down and towards you).
-we release the latches in the grille.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look behind the wires and hoses).
-disconnect electrical connectors.
-disconnect the headlight washer hoses (if any, fluid may leak).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-near the rear lights, remove the pads (hold on latches, pull up).
-under the overlays, unscrew the screws (spun down).
-unscrew the screws in the wheel arches that secure the fender liner (in order not to remove the wheels, you can use a ratchet with a nozzle).
-move the fender liner to the side and Unscrew one screw on each side (spun up) that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.
-unscrew the screws from the bottom (spun up).
-pull off the bumper from the side latches (pull the corners down and towards you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).
-disconnect electrical connectors.
-bumper removed.
