BMW 6-Series III (F06/F12/F13) (2011-2018)
Depending on the year of manufacture and the type of body, the attachment points may differ slightly.
Front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, remove the seal and lining.
-unscrew the six screws (twisted from top to bottom), which are the top of the bumper.
-from the bottom side, unscrew the twelve screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the bottom of the bumper (if there is, unscrew the camera).
-wheel the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew three screws on each side that secure the wheel arch liners (front part).
-we move the wheel arch liners to the side and unscrew three screws on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that attach the corners of the bumper to the fenders (you will need a knob with an extension cord).
-release the clips in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper down and towards ourselves).
-with an assistant, gently pull the bumper forward (look behind the wires and hoses).
-we disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment.
-disconnect the headlight washer hoses (if any).
Rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the opening of the trunk, take out the caps and remove the lining near the rear lights.
-unscrew the nuts from the trunk and remove the taillights.
-under the rear lights, unscrew the screws and release the clips.
-from the bottom, take out the rivets that secure the bottom of the bumper.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew three screws (one nut) on each side that secure the wheel arch liners (rear part).
-behind the wheel arch liners, unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners of the bumper to the fenders.
-remove the license plate along with the frame and take out two pistons behind them
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners of the bumper towards you).
-with an assistant, we pull the bumper back (look behind the wires).
-disconnect the electrical connector (if any).
