How to remove front and rear bumper Fiat Palio (1996-2002)

Fiat Palio I (1996-2002)

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-under the hood, unscrew the two screws that secure the upper part of the bumper.

-unscrew the four screws that secure the lower part of the bumper (spun up).

-turn the wheels to the side.

-in the wheel wells, unscrew the screws that secure the fender liner (front).

-for the fender liner, unscrew two screws on each side that secure the corners of the bumper to the wings.

-remove direction indicators.

-unscrew the two screws behind the direction indicators.

-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look for the wires).

-remove connectors from electrical equipment (if any).

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.

-in the opening of the trunk, unscrew the screws.

-we release the side trim of the trunk.

-for the skins, unscrew two screws on each side that secure the sides of the bumper to the wings.

-in the wheel wells, unscrew the screws that secure the fender liner (rear).

-for the fender liner, unscrew one screw on each side that attach the corners of the bumper to the wings.

-unscrew the two screws from the bottom.

-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (look for the wires).

-disconnect electrical connectors (if any).
