How to remove the front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, unscrew the two screws that secure the grille (the bumper is removed along with it).
-in the lower bumper grille, take out one piston (inserted from bottom to top).
-from the bottom, unscrew the eight screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the lower part of the front bumper.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel arches we release the fender liners (front part).
-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew two screws on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the sides to the wings.
-release the latches under the headlights (pull towards yourself).
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper forward (watch the wires and hoses).
-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment (if any).
-if there are headlight washers, disconnect the hoses.
How to remove the rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the trunk opening, Unscrew the two screws that secure the upper part of the rear bumper.
-in the trunk, remove the rear panel trim (you need to press two latches and pull the trim up).
-behind the cover, through the holes, unscrew the four nuts (you will need a socket with an extension).
-from the bottom, unscrew the two screws and take out the two pistons that secure the lower part.
-in the wheels, unscrew the screws that secure the fender liners (rear part) and mudguards.
-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners toward you).
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper back.
-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment.
