How to remove the front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood we take out three pistons (inserted from top to bottom) that secure the upper part of the front bumper.
-in the bumper grille, take out two pistons (inserted from bottom to top).
-from the bottom, unscrew the six screws (twisted from bottom to top).
-turn the wheels to the left or right.
-in the wheel arches we release the fender liners (front part).
-behind the fender liners, unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners to the wings.
-near the headlights, unscrew one screw on each side and remove the direction indicators.
-unscrew one nut on each side in the inner part of the wings.
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper forward (watch the wires).
-electrical equipment connectors (if any).
How to remove the rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the trunk, remove the rear panel trim and unscrew the four nuts behind it.
-remove the side trim of the trunk (you need to gain access to the back of the wings).
-in the inner part of the wings, unscrew the four nuts and two screws.
-from the bottom side, unscrew the four screws that secure the lower part of the rear bumper.
-in the wheel arches we release the fender liners (rear part).
-move the fender liners to the side and unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners to the wings.
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (watch the wires).
-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment (if any).
