How to remove the front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, take out the pistons and remove the plastic trim in front of the radiator grille.
-under the trim we take out three pistons (inserted from top to bottom) that secure the upper part of the front bumper.
-from the bottom, unscrew the eight screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the lower part.
-turn the wheels depending on which side we will disassemble.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew one screw on each side and release the fender liners (front part)
-unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners to the wings.
-disconnect the fog lamp connectors.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners toward you).
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper forward.
How to remove the rear bumper
-open the trunk door.
-unscrew the bolt securing the tailgate limiter.
-in the trunk opening, remove the trim (it is held on by latches, you need to pry it and pull it up).
-take out the two pistons and unscrew the five bolts under the trim that secure the upper part of the rear bumper.
-from the bottom we take out the pistons and unscrew the bolts (twisted and inserted from the bottom up) that secure the lower part.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew the screws that secure the mudguards.
-unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners toward you).
-with an assistant, pull the bumper back (watch the wires).
-disconnect the parking sensor connectors (if equipped).
