Depending on the year of manufacture, the mounting locations may vary slightly.
How to remove the front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood, take out ten pistons and remove the plastic trim (protection of the engine compartment).
-under the trim, take out the four pistons and unscrew the four screws that secure the upper part of the front bumper and the radiator grille.
-from the bottom, unscrew ten screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the lower part.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew one screw, take out four pythons on each side that secure the wheel arch linings (front part).
-we release the wheel arch linings from the bumper (they are held on by latches, we pull them towards us from the bottom up).
-under the wheel arch trims, take out one piston on each side that secures the corners to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners toward you).
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper forward (make sure not to break the wires).
-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment.
How to remove the rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the trunk opening we take out four plugs.
-under the plugs, unscrew the four screws that secure the upper part of the rear bumper.
-from the bottom side, unscrew the two screws and take out the eight pistons that secure the lower part (lining).
-in the wheel arches, pull out three pistons on each side, release them from the latches (pull them towards you) and remove the wheel arch linings.
-under the trims we take out one piston on each side that secures the corners to the wings.
-release the latches in the wings (pull the corners toward you).
-release the latches under the rear lights.
-release the latches in the trunk opening.
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper back.
-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment (if any).
