Depending on the year of manufacture, the mounting locations may vary slightly.
How to remove the front bumper
-open the hood.
-under the hood we take out two pistons, unscrew six screws and remove the trims under the headlights (they are held on by latches, first the central part is removed, then the side ones).
-under the cladding we take out three pistons (inserted from top to bottom) that secure the upper part of the front bumper.
-from the bottom side, unscrew the four screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the lower part.
-turn the wheels to the side.
-in the wheel arches we release the fender liners (front part).
-unscrew one screw on each side (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the corners to the wings.
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper forward (make sure not to tear the wires and hoses).
-disconnect the fog lamp connectors.
-if there are headlight washers, disconnect the hoses (liquid may leak).
How to remove the rear bumper
-open the trunk lid.
-in the wheel arches, unscrew six screws and one piston on each side, remove the mudguards.
-at the bottom of the rear bumper, unscrew the four screws (twisted from bottom to top).
-from the bottom side, unscrew the four screws (twisted from bottom to top) that secure the brackets.
-with an assistant, carefully pull the bumper back (watch the wires).
-disconnect the connectors of the electrical equipment (if any).
