How to remove front and rear bumper Dodge Neon (1994-1999)

Dodge Neon I (1994-1999)

Front bumper

-open the hood.

-remove the grille.

-turn the wheels to the side.

-in the wheel wells, unscrew four screws on each side that secure the sides of the bumper.

-from the side of the engine compartment, unscrew the nuts that secure the bumper amplifier to the body.

-with an assistant, pull the bumper forward (look for the wires).

-disconnect the connectors from the electrical equipment (if any).

Rear bumper

-open the trunk lid.

-in the opening of the trunk, Unscrew the six screws.

-in the wheel wells, Unscrew three screws on each side that secure the sides of the bumper.

-unscrew the two screws at the bottom of the bumper (spun up).

-with an assistant, pull the bumper back from the rails (look for the wires).

-disconnect the license plate lighting connectors.
